By purchasing any item from the store, you accept the following terms.

No Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds, chargebacks, or disputes are not accepted under any circumstances, except in special cases determined solely by Hiramachi (Server Owner).

Account Responsibility
The username you provide during checkout will receive the purchased product on the server. These products are non-transferable and remain tied to that account.

Server Continuity
While GalaxyBoxZ is committed to long-term operation, unexpected shutdowns may occur. In the unlikely event of a shutdown, no refunds will be issued for prior purchases. Please consider this before making a purchase.

Bans & Punishments
If you are temporarily or permanently banned, you will not receive a refund, as bans are only issued for rule violations. Follow the server rules to ensure uninterrupted access to your products.
